If your return request is approved, you must self-ship the product(s) to us using a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse you for the courier charges upon receiving the invoice/bill relating to the shipping costs. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them to verify their condition. If the product(s) are found to be in the same condition as when they were shipped, we will initiate the refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that the replacement of the product(s) will depend on their availability in our stock.
